Is the shipping and handling  FREE?
Yes, standard shipping is totally FREE. Most of the goods, like phone cases are flown in, once there is sufficient cargo, and as the quantities being shipped are very high to USA, Canada, and EU countries, we can give a relative short transport time. Phone cover packages are small and light, that is why the price of transport can be kept low and be included in our final sales price to you, the customer.

Is PAYPAL safe for buyers?
For the most part, PayPal is safe when you use it to send money. Nothing is completely risk-free-glitches and data breaches are possible anywhere. But PayPal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you relatively safe online.

What is the shipping time?

On receipt of your payment confirmation the goods will be ready for shipment in 2 to 3 working days + another 12 to 16 days for standard shipping to EU countries, USA, and Canada. 

To other countries in the world the goods will be ready for shipment in 2 to 3 working days + another 16 to 35 days for standard shipping.

The personalised wallet phone covers have a shorter standard shipping time to EU countries of 3 to 7 days.

What is the origin of the phone covers?
The origin of the phone covers is from China. 

The phone covers with a personalized photo of yourself, your children, friends or any othe image is made in Europe. The personalized photo wallets have a much shorter delivery time to EU countries.

Are the products made in China of good quality?
We only purchase from factories in China that produce quality products. If there are too many complaints on quality, we remove the product from our website, and look for a similar product to replace it.

If we are not satisfied with the product, do you give us a refund?
Yes we do give you a refund. Just send the product in its original case to our address (See below in the footing). Once we receive it, and if it is in good order and condition, we will send you a refund inmediately.  

Do you give a refund on personalised photos on mobile phone covers
We give refunds on all products, once received back in good order and condition, but not on personalised photo covers if you are not satisfied. On personalised photo covers we only give a refund, or replace the product, if the goods are damaged in transport. Just send us a photo, and we will study each case separately.

How come the quantity of sales for the Kisscase phone cover is more than 35.000 units sold?
The 35.000 units sold is the quantity the factory in China sold over the last 6 months. There are more than 50 distributors worldwide. We are one of them. In our valuation of the factories we choose, we also look at the quantities of the product sold over a period of time, and when they are high, it means they are popular, and the quality is good.

Do you accept POD (Payment on delivery)?
No we don't accept POD (Payment on delivery), as they do not form part of the standard shipping we offer. It would increase the price of the product considarably, to some destinations the costs of POD deliveries are higher than the price of the product itself.

What is the difference between PU leather and real genuine leather?
It was created to look and feel like leather but without having to use real animal skin.

It is safe to say that when you see a wallet that says it's made with PU leather, it's not authentic leather. There are a number of ways to make PU leather but the most common one is to use split leather and combine it with polyurethane then paste it on to a surface. Although PU leather is different from genuine leather, there are still a number of similarities with the real thing. After all, PU leather was created to give you a  sense of sight and touch of authentic leather. Products made of PU leather are generally at the lower end of the market.
